Our Story

With over four decades of combined experience, Nizaam Esa and Shiraaz Hassan bring together a powerful blend of construction expertise, commercial strategy, legal and conveyancing fluency, and strategic development planning.

Our foundation is built on a clear, practical understanding of market demand, evolving densification trends, land use, heritage, and all the levers that shape a successful development — from economic feasibility and planning approvals to sales strategy and on-site delivery.

We are not a volume developer. HAAIZ Investments focuses on bespoke, low-density suburban estates in prime locations, with a direct, hands-on approach. Buyers deal with us personally — from sign-up to handover — ensuring a transparent and accountable experience throughout the journey.

Acknowledgment

Shiraaz and Nizaam previously served as Commercial and Managing Directors respectively at one of the country’s largest BEE-led development companies, chaired by Adam Esa (former Chairman of Asrin Property Developers). His strength in construction operations and cash-flow discipline contributed to the foundation of their practical understanding of large-scale project delivery.
Since then, HAAIZ has been built independently from the ground up — combining hard-earned experience with an agile, solutions-driven approach.
